By using Gyver's open-source software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Gyver is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms.

3. Self-hosted nature

Gyver is self-hosted software. You are solely responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and securing your Gyver installation. The Gyver project does not provide hosting, uptime guarantees, or managed services.

4. No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using Gyver, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) as they apply to the session data you capture and process on your infrastructure.

6. AI-generated content

Gyver uses AI models (configured by you) to generate reports, code suggestions, and pull requests. All AI-generated output should be reviewed by a human before being merged or deployed. Gyver never auto-merges code.
